A fashion blogger who believes in the European dream and project
My idea that matters… Where do you draw the line between your work life and your private life? Is such a demarcation obsolete today?
I want to demonstrate that what I learnt from my blog in my spare time (and on a daily basis) has gotten me where I am today. With the growing importance and presence of social media drawing such a line is becoming increasingly difficult. Most of us here are lucky enough to be able to do what we love and thus our job – promoting the European dream and ideal – should not end when we leave the premises of the office.
My stagiaire path… I started as a stagiaire in DG INFSO in October 2011 then was asked to stay and have been here since. I have done various internships during the previous years in Brussels.
I accepted the invitation to speak at the Stagiaires’ Ideas that Matter #2 event, because… This one is fairly obvious; simply because stagiaires do matter. The European Union was our ‘parents’ dream but is our reality.
My source of inspiration… Every young European that still believes and embraces the idea of a ‘European dream’.
