Lars Sudmann

A man with passion for communication and its impact on the world

Lars Sudmann

My idea that matters… My idea is to talk about the “# 2 thing to have to have an impact on the world: great communication skills” (I will also let you know what the # 1 thing is :)). My vision is that we all constantly work and improve our own communication as it is the key to have an impact on the world.

My stagiaire path… I have done 4 traineeships, but all in the private sector (e.g. at McKinsey)…and it’s some time ago ;)

I accepted the invitation to speak at the Stagiaires’ Ideas that Matter #2 event, because… I already had the opportunity to lead two workshops with stagiaires and I loved the passion and energy of the group. So accepting the invitation to speak was a ‘no-brainer.’

My source of inspiration… Great leaders; Real life successes of innovation, change and business success; TED; Seeing people grow and change

Note… Lars has in-depth experience speaking to and training a variety of audiences and is an award-winning and certified trainer and coach. He is the 5-times Belgian and one time European Champion of Public Speaking with Toastmasters International, and has spoken at a variety of major European events such as TEDx Flanders and TEDx Ghent.

These personal achievements and experiences, together with sound research, form the basis of Lars’ keynote speeches and seminars. Recently, Lars is focusing his research and consulting on the ‘future of work’ and how to work remotely.
